1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@pahadokaraahi.in with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items, beginning from the day the package is delivered. Eligible items include Textiles & Wool (shawls, socks, etc.) and Home & Living products, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, all Organic Foods (honey, salt, ghee, juices, etc.), Spices & Masalas, and Wellness products (incense, soaps) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless you receive them in a damaged or incorrect state.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@pahadokaraahi.in with clear photos of the packaging and product. Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt and approval or rejection status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your **original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days**.

*Please note that bank processing and posting timelines can vary, but the transaction will be initiated on our side within the specified window.*

5. Return Shipping

For approved damaged or incorrect returns, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost. For change-of-mind returns on eligible apparel/home items, you will be responsible for shipping the package back to our warehouse, or reverse pickup charges of ₹100 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
