1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of payment. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

During peak seasonal harvests or holiday periods, order volumes can spike, which might cause a 1-2 day delay. In such cases, we will inform you directly via email or SMS.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer straightforward shipping rates across India:

• Orders above ₹999: Free Standard Shipping.
• Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 shipping charge per order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹49 is charged by our shipping courier partners on all COD orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once shipped, your order typically takes **5 to 7 business days** to arrive at your delivery address. Delivery timelines are subject to your location:

• Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days.
• Remote Locations & Hilly Terrains: 7 - 10 business days.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your **AWD tracking number** and a direct tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package transit status in real-time through the link provided.

5. International Shipping

Currently, Pahadokaraahi only ships orders to addresses within **India**. We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

6. Delivery Failures & Reshipment

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to **3 times** before returning the package to our warehouse. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the package, a reshipment fee of ₹99 will be charged to send the order back to you.
